Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Happy Trails Tourism At Happy Trails Tourism, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering the basic costs involved in organizing your trip. Cancellations by Traveler More than 30 days before departure: Full Refund 15–30 days before departure: 10% of total package cost will be charged. 7–14 days before departure: 25% of total package cost will be charged. Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: 100% of total package cost will be charged. Refunds Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges. Refunds are not applicable for partially used services or no-shows. In cases where hotels, flights, or third-party suppliers have stricter policies, their terms will override ours. Rescheduling Date changes are allowed subject to availability and may attract rescheduling fees. If rescheduling isn’t possible, standard cancellation rules will apply. Cancellations by Happy Trails Tourism In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour due to weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit note for future travel. We are not liable for additional costs (like visa fees, flights, or personal expenses) incurred by the traveler. Mode of Refund All refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment (UPI, bank transfer, or card). Important Note Any dispute regarding refunds or cancellations will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
